I had a login to the old portal, what happened to it?
As of March 1, 2017 Provident is phasing out the old portal and replacing it with a new one designed to give our customers better access to the information and provide new functionality, such as the ability to initiate fund transfers and investments.
If you used Innovue (old portal) you will need to re-register to access your account(s) via Provident’s new portal. Register here. If you prefer to access your account via an old portal, you can do it here.
